I had a very enjoyable experience here, everything was amazing, the location was ideal really close to shops/ beach as well as shops and places. Really enjoyed the room with adjoining kitchenette & bathroom, my bed was comfortable...

Hotel overlooked garden and the room was neat. The property had a nice location close enough to everything, we truly enjoyed it.

Nothing too much trouble, the venue met every demand, 100% recommend it. Had 2 days in Waihi, spending our time here lovely. We only slept at the a double room straight on to the deck outside the bedroom, but liked it. The terrace facing the garden was a real treat.

The breakfast was free and lovely with a huge variety of food! The hotel had a quiet position, close enough to everything. Everything met every demand, I would go back in flash:)))

Stayed in tidy a double room straight on to the deck outside the bedroom. A microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator worked well. The location was particularly good - walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go.

Terrific location, friendly hosts, well-set-up room with a wonderful bathroom. Spa bath and double shower a plus. Basic but sufficient breakfast. Lovely courtyard. Great value for money.

The staff at this B&B were so friendly and respectful, it was a breath of fresh air! The bathroom was absolutely incredible, with a spa bath and two shower heads. The bed and location were great, and overall, it was a fantastic stay. The place was clean and tidy, with a continental breakfast that exceeded our expectations. The hosts were lovely, providing everything we needed while still giving us privacy. The bathroom was huge and had a great shower and spa bath. We were thrilled to have air conditioning and Sky TV, which is not always available in other places. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the town center and the beach. We were pleasantly surprised that this B&B was even better than a hotel. The hosts were incredibly friendly and genuinely cared about our vacation. If we return to the area, we would definitely check if this property is available. It was a comfortable and quiet stay, perfect for a couple's getaway. The hosts went above and beyond to make us feel at home, and the location was ideal for exploring the shops, restaurants, and nearby beaches. We would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit.

The value for money at this B&B was amazing, with a well-equipped room and a wonderful bathroom including a spa bath and double shower. The location was perfect and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our stay even better.

The hotel breakfast could be improved by ensuring that all the butter provided is fresh and not outdated, as this was a disappointment during our stay.

our second stay in waihi was even better than the first. beach b&b exceeded our expectations with its spacious rooms, amazing bathroom, and delicious breakfast. the hosts were friendly and the location was convenient, just a short walk to the beach and shops. highly recommend!

Missing air conditioning.

Fantastic hosts, plenty of space, excellent breakfast option, everything you need in the bathroom as well as soap, shampoo. Very quiet property and wasn't even aware of the hosts being in the house. I had breakfast on the deck catching up on emails which was a very pleasant way to start the day - completely relaxed. Great place.

It was a hot day and when I came back to relax in the late afternoon, I didn't really have anywhere cool to sit as the sun was coming straight on to the deck outside the bedroom. I ended up closing the blinds and turning the air con on which was lovely but not ideal.
